Our client has a unique opportunity for a strategic Director of Marketing in a high growth business! This organization is a high performing, growth oriented business looking for a strategic leader to advance their business.
Working closely with members of the C-Suite and Division Managers, you will lead the development of marketing strategies and oversee the creation of marketing plans. In addition, you will ensure effective execution of marketing tactics and coordinate resources to produce compelling content and materials.
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Creating and executing marketing tactics to support a multi-pronged marketing strategy including social media, referrals, trade shows and collateral strategies
- Coordinating resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to produce high-quality marketing materials, such as digital content, print collateral, promotional items, and paid media on time and within budget
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and Division Manager positions to create marketing solutions to drive results and achieve growth goals
- Analyzing marketing performance metrics and KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and generate regular reports to evaluate ROI and inform future marketing strategies and initiatives
Qualified candidates for this position will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand or equivalent fields
- 7+ years of experience in strategic level marketing positions, including experience in developing, executing and monitoring a strategic brand & marketing plan
- Experience in marketing agency or consulting services a plus
- Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of the construction, landscaping or other outdoor service industries is a strong plus
- Experience using CRMs to nurture brand engagement and drive conversions
Compensation includes an annual salary of $115,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience.
