Remote Account Executive - Client Onboarding & Support

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our new members through their initial onboarding, ensuring they have a smooth and effective start with UmbrellaUS.com. The Account Executive will work closely with new agency owners, providing guidance on establishing a professional online presence, setting up essential tools and systems, and leveraging UmbrellaUS.com's solutions to secure their first clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized onboarding calls with new members to build rapport and understand their needs.
- Guide members through setting up their professional brand, including website creation, social media profiles, and business essentials (logo, domain, professional email).
- Provide step-by-step assistance in using Umbrella’s dashboard and services, including profile setup and product familiarization.
- Work with members on generating qualified leads and preparing for client meetings.
- Offer continuous support and coaching, ensuring members progress towards their goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the onboarding experience and member success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-touch customer service, sales, or account management role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
- Strong Digital Marketing background.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategies to meet their objectives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
