We are looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality who has a great work ethic, and also a team player. This person must have good communications skills, be good at multi-tasking, have sales tactics and be organized and capable in using computers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage spa appointments in a manner that leads to a seamless customer experience
- Welcome visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate technician.
- Presents a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean.
- Maintains security by screening visitors.
- Manages the customer experience from entrance to exit with care and professionalism.
- Learn skin care products and regimens and be able to recommend products to customers.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients.
- Forward sales information by answering the telephone, recording and delivering messages, date stamping documents, preparing mail packages.
- Maintains files and forms
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing tasks and achieving goals needed.
- Produces information by preparing letters to potential customers; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text.
