Eveon Containers is an international scale-up with offices in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and Charleston SC, USA. We are in the business of repurposing used shipping containers. Every time a customer buys a used instead of a new shipping container, we save 12,000 kg’s of CO2 emissions. And as there are millions of used containers available, we have big dreams!
Eveon Containers is a digital disruptor in the North American container market and we are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. As a Customer Service Agent at Eveon, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will interact with our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
What will keep you busy?
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, including but not limited to product inquiries, order status, and general assistance, via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution - focus on first contact fix: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Eveon's products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Eveon's customer management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer interactions align with company standards for quality, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify areas where processes can be improved and provide suggestions for enhancements to the customer support team.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments within Eveon to provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails and chats.
- Generate sales for Eveon via inbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Who are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, knowledge of CRM is preferred
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt different scenarios.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
