HAVE Incorporated, located in Ashtabula, OH, is looking for an experienced ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR to join our team. What you’ll do:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage job related invoices, which includes matching material tickets and receivers.
- Evaluate completeness and accuracy of invoices received for payment.
- Maintain account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare daily deposits.
- Process payroll including computing wage/overtime payments and processing new information/changes in the payroll system.
- Manage time and attendance processes and records.
- Assist in managing vendor records (including worker’s comp certificates, W-9s and certificates of insurance).
- Resolve phone calls regarding invoice payment status.
- Audit and process credit card bills.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing duties.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- File documents, keep records, produce reports, and collect data.
What you’ll need:
- Bookkeeping background, general ledger, financial statements experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounting Department.
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Excel specifically.
- Experience with ComputerEase a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Broad understanding of business and bookkeeping/accounting principles.
- Great work ethic, high integrity, and honesty.
- Professional presentation and communication.
- Ability to successfully represent the company in a positive way.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
