Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications
- Assist with hardware and software upgrades and installations
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and support procedures
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory
- Provide remote support to off-site employees
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a desktop support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows Server
- Experience providing technical support in a help desk environment
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience using ticketing systems, such as Remedy or similar platforms
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting
