**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests. If you have a passion for food, excellent knife skills, and a commitment to food safety, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Duties:** - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards - Assist with food preparation, including food cutting, chopping, and slicing - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food handling and safety regulations - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service and presentation - Develop and contribute to menu planning and design - Support restaurant operations by performing various tasks as needed - Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests - Continuously improve knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques - Maintain a commitment to food safety and adhere to all health and safety regulations **Qualifications:** - Experience in a commercial kitchen or related culinary environment - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure - Excellent knife skills and the ability to chop and slice ingredients efficiently - Familiarity with menu planning and food safety regulations - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds **Skills:** - Culinary expertise and knowledge of food preparation techniques - Experience with food service and food handling practices - Strong knife skills and the ability to chop and slice ingredients efficiently - Familiarity with menu planning and food safety regulations - Restaurant experience - Ability to prepare and serve food in a fast-paced environment - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
