Job Summary:
As a key player on the iAnthus marketing team, the Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for
representation and upkeep of our retail and product brands across markets. This team member will
create compelling digital graphics for various marketing channels, print materials, signs, banners
and more. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and be willing to
take direction. They will also support the design optimization of our email, SMS and promotional
campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong prioritization skills
and is a strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling.
Responsibilities:

Produce compelling visual content and templates for websites, social media, and promotional email/SMS campaigns for our retail stores and product brands.
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts to optimize in-store retail space, including on brand print materials and digital screens that improve brand storytelling.

Assist in the upkeep of brand standards and campaign objectives across all graphics.

Participate in marketing brainstorm sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas that align with the target audiences.

Manage multiple design projects across brands and markets simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Design Needs:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred

1-2 years of Graphic design experience
-
1-2 years of cannabis marketing experience preferred
-
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing
-
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with motion graphics is a plus (After Effects, Maya, etc.)

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
