RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform in-house repair and testing for camera control related equipments
* Manage and reply to email
* Escalate support requests as necessary following established procedures
* Maintain technical logs and documentation according to departmental procedures
* Assist management with a variety of specialty projects and assignments when required
* Perform other related duties when assigned
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience performing electronic repairs
* Experienced with soldering, working with PCB, and dismantling/analyzing electronics (wiring, board replacements, etc)
* Must have some knowledge of mechanical product, dis-assemble and assemble mechanical devices
* Skills and abilities necessary to fulfill technical support functions
* Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical customers at various levels in a variety of situations.
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and demonstrated ability to work as a team player
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to quickly adjust priorities and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Chinese speaking is a plus
* Associate's or Certificate in relevant technical field
* Basic skills in Mac and Windows operating systems

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
