Installation Manager Position:
Solar Tint is a rapidly growing window tinting and graphics company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and installation to our valued customers. With our growth, comes the need for an installation manager to help aid in job set up and installation quality control. Our current installers are good, hard working people, and we are looking to add someone to support them and set up large projects to ensure they go smoothly.
Responsibilities:
As an installation Manager at Solar Tint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of installation standards. You will lead teams of skilled installers, oversee project timelines, and collaborate with various departments to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management - Coordinate and manage the installation projects from approval to completion. Ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership - Lead and motivate teams of installers, providing guidance and support.
Collaboration - Work closely with sales, project coordinators, and operations to understand project requirements and communicate effectively with customers.
Quality Assurance - Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure installations meet or exceed company standards.
Job set up - Measure projects after approval. Enter measurements in order and precisely. Review job sites before installation for equipment access (lifts, scaffolding).
Problem Solving - Address and resolve installation challenges and issues in a timely manner, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Must have some management experience in an installation or construction environment
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the fractions
- Must be able to PASS background & Drug Screen
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail oriented
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
