Join our growing property management company! We are looking to add a full-time technician for repairs in our 2,000 unit portfolio.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for diagnosing and resolving maintenance related issues submitted to the office by our residents and prioritize work based on urgency. Jobs are distributed daily by supervisors. Examples of common work orders performed by maintenance staff are as follows: re-keying/changing locks, letting someone in when they are locked out, flipping breakers when power is lost, changing appliances, taking in broken windows for repair and reinstalling them, clogged drains, leaking faucets. (All depends on skill level.)
Depending on skill level, techs may be assigned projects such as redoing a floor, installing cabinets/countertops or hanging drywall.
- Unit Turnovers: On the last & first day of the month during the busy season (end of March through end of September) all maintenance staff is required to work unit turnovers unless there is an extenuating circumstance. The unit turnovers consist of making any and all repairs on a unit to ensure it is ready to go for a new tenant.
- On-Call rotation every 8-10 weeks, technicians will be responsible for taking emergency maintenance phone and answering calls on evenings and weekends for 1 full week.
Technicians will be responsible for addressing maintenance requests deemed as an emergency ASAP.
**This only applies once the tech is trained and deemed ready to take a turn in the rotation.

Must have a valid drivers license and experience with general maintenance repairs. Pay is based on experience.

Pay: $15.29 - $30.54 per hour
