We're seeking a head of Business Development and Sales who is as passionate, motivated, and skilled, to help us expand our market presence and launch new product lines in nootropic and natural medicine markets.

Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation: Generate hot leads through market research, networking, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Hot Lead Channels: Identify new avenues for acquiring hot leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
- High-Value Client Acquisition: Target, develop, and maintain relationships with high-value and strategic wholesale accounts.
- New Product Line Launch: Lead initiatives to launch new product lines in the nootropic and natural medicine markets.
- Market Penetration Strategies: Develop and implement plans for entering new markets and expanding current market share.
- Sales Management: Oversee the operations and growth of sales team, ensuring smooth functioning, customer satisfaction, and highly organized. This includes strategizing and implementing initiatives for operational excellence, market presence enhancement, and revenue growth for our sales department.
- Sales Team Oversight: Directly oversee and grow our sales team, ensuring they meet growth targets and maintain momentum in line with company objectives. Responsible for setting sales goals, guiding daily activities, and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Team Training and Performance: Monitor sales employee training performance and develop team skills necessary to meet business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Implement and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and drive revenue targets for the company.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to align business strategies and objectives.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Commission & Bonus Incentives: Additional earning potential through commissions on sales and bonuses for meeting sales achievements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
