Role and Responsibilities

Perform critical technology security/encryption engineering duties in furtherance of the Company's initiatives to protect its computer networks. Plan security project implementations and monitor key cryptography and electronic infrastructure measures to protect Samsung's intellectual property. Partner with IT to optimize security configurations for systems and infrastructure components. Interface with cyber-security experts at global headquarters in audit and remediation activities. Review and report cyber-security threats and vulnerabilities and participate as one of the key members of any cyber-security-related incident response team. Contribute to regularly-scheduled security training and awareness campaigns for users and business stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field; and 60 months of experience in the job offered.

Security information and event management-SIEM;

Security Compliance; and

Risk Analysis.
Pay Transparency
At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137862 and 157862 per year. Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.
