Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, software, and peripheral devices

- Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers
- Assist in maintaining inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Document technical processes and procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS)
- Experience with hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with DNS, Windows Server, and firewall configurations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred
