Duties:
-Teach state and Advanced Placement math standards
- Develop and implement instructional materials and lesson plans
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop effective teaching strategies
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Experience in behavior management and academic advising
- Knowledge form willingness to learn of instructional design principles and techniques
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and software or willingness to learn
