General Description:
The role of Office Administrator is pivotal to the success of the IB/RS division at Johns Lyng USA. Through their commitment to quality and accuracy, they contribute substantial value, serving as a key driver in achieving goals related to client conversion and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately register new claims and promptly allocate estimators in Dash.
- Provide timely communication to stakeholders and clients via phone and portal.
- Save all estimates and documents in Dash, ensuring uploads to relevant portals.
- Follow up with clients fortnightly after quote uploads, updating progress in Dash.
- Generate and approve purchase orders accurately before job completion entry.
- Manage subcontractor setup and invoices within Dash.
- Complete COS before invoicing claims and ensure timely billing.
- Respond promptly to all communications and log complaints in Dash for resolution.
- Assist with accounts receivable and participate in weekly WIP Reviews.
Work Experience, Skills, and other requirements:
- Strong Organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills and previous experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to adapt to new software programs as required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer, while servicing upwards of 50 calls per day.
Job Type: Full-time
