Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee training within the retail sector, preferably with chain stores. This role involves collaborating with company stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials to enhance employee performance and ensure consistent service standards across all locations.
Duties:
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for retail store employees, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with company leadership and department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee training (preferably in retail stores).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in English is required; fluency in English is preferred.
