Summary
The Senior Manager - VPC Operations Support, leads a team providing comprehensive support across multiple Glovis Vehicle Processing Centers (VPC's). This role encompasses project management, continuous process improvement, profit and loss analysis and reporting, vehicle inventory management and new model launch activities. The Senior Manager ensures operational efficiency, optimizes service delivery, and aligns activities with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Primary

Directly oversee daily activities of the support staff, ensuring adherence to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Maintain frequent communication with General Managers at each facility to provide progress updates and gather feedback

Review ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are managed effectively

Track daily activities at VPC's, identify performance trends, and report concerns to the Senior National Manager, VPC Operations

Lead projects that provide direct support to VPC operations
-
Handle selection, training, and evaluation of staff

Evaluate the performance of organizational members or partners
-
Lead initiatives to maximize efficiencies, optimize service, and meet business plan objectives for VPC operations
-
Understand GUS cost and revenue structures, ensuring cost-generating activities are recoverable and appropriately invoiced, while identifying revenue opportunities

Aid in the preparation of budget reports, including headcount, tenders, and costs

Compensation
$110,000 - $125,000 per year (Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
