Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team in Commerce City, Colorado!
As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as a Warehouse Associate will be to meet the needs of our customers by completing various tasks in our warehouse. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, a desire to be part of something greater and navigates through challenges with a growth mindset. Dependent on performance, this role can offer overtime, travel opportunities and career development.
Our Warehouse Associate position operates locally in the Commerce City area but the role is a dynamic one! This position involves performing various warehouse duties day in and day out. These tasks include stocking, shipping, receiving and order picking. You will be handling safety products that help keep employees safe day in and day out! You will be acting as a representative of Mallory and working with the team to ensure the highest safety standards! This is great for someone who likes working with their hands, working independently (as a part of a larger team), and working in an industrial setting!

As a Warehouse Associate, here is how you will make an impact:
-
Receive incoming product
-
Safely stock items on shelves in our warehouse
-
Picking orders, loading, unloading, staging, and shipping product
-
Act as a back up driver for the warehouse dropping off safety product
-
Interact with internal and external customers in a polite, respectful manner
-
Maintaining inventory accuracy with cycle counts
-
Operate a pallet jack, forklift and other machinery in a safe and efficient manner. We provide onsite forklift training!

Miscellaneous warehouse tasks or projects as needed

Comfortable working in a small team

Capable of working independently with the support of the team and your manager

Able to bounce back easily when circumstances change; flexibility during projects

Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with internal and external point of contacts
Here is what we need from a Warehouse Associate:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and problem solve.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to walk, stand, squat, bend, lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs. Manual Handling training will be provided.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other software.

Knowledge of operating within a quality management system, including accurate record-keeping and adherence to administrative requirements.

Valid US driver’s license required
