Master's with LBS: Starting at $60,000
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm, occasional evening shifts, one Saturday shift per month

Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to support our Clinical team and maintain our ABA treatment center in our Philadelphia, PA office location.
Reporting Relationship: The Clinical Program Supervisor reports to the Program Director or designated manager for all of the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Program Director may assign.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
RBT Trainer:
Completes monthly RBT meetings
Supervises RBTs’ performance
Completes BT clinical orientation
Assistant Assessor on RBT competency assessments
Develops discussion topics and presentation format for monthly RBT meetings
Front Desk Support:
Assists with managing phone lines during business hours
Greets families, team members and guests upon arrival
Treatment Center Management:
Assists with general office management: purchasing, scanning, filing of client paperwork, treatment center clean-up, VB mapp kit upkeep, mail sorting, daily office clean-up throughout the day (i.e., sanitizing high-touch areas including treatment rooms, workspaces, and restrooms)
Supports scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center
Provides general treatment center coverage
Provides crisis management support during sessions
Supervises Program Specialist
Provides substitute staffing on EIBI cases
Supports with staffing process for clinical team
Clinician Support:
Provides support to BCBA Supervisors for ongoing projects and tasks
Supports BCBA/RBT caseload assignments, referrals, etc.
Provides scheduling for EIBI
Runs Central Reach insights reports. Conducts session note audits for RBTs/BCBAs, prepares documentation required for company audits, collects signatures for compliance/programming documents, tx fidelity, proscore. Maintains information in report templates for authorization requests.
Assists in adding clinical documents to CentralReach for data collection and importing data/graphs/assessment results (e.g., FAST, SRS2, ABAS-3, Vineland) into authorization reports.
Continuously reviews policies, procedures, workflows, tools, and technologies and makes recommendations for updates and improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with BCaBA credential, or Master’s degree with LBS or ability to obtain LBS
Willing to obtain and maintain RBT Credential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of ABA required; 5 years preferred
Ability to pass federal and state background checks
Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
Crisis Management trained/certified preferred
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Effective conflict resolution, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Well organized and able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Proficient technical/computer skills, i.e., Google apps
Experience with Central Reach software a plus
Experience with data graphing and analysis a plus
Ability to maintain confidential information and follow HIPAA/FERPA regulations
