Summary
A Manager FOH (Front of House) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of FOH. Their duties include communicating customer service objectives to FOH Team Members along with other department personnel, compiling data to make assessments of their progress and coordinating with upper management to find ways to enhance the Store's objectives among their employees. Though your management skills are primarily to serve the FOH. Basic BOH management and basic BOH knowledge is used for the overall support of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Leads, manages, and is accountable for the FOH Staff

Responsible for ensuring customers ID's and medical cards (if applicable) are verified

Responsible for ensuring that orders for customers shopping in-store are processed through required systems (including any state mandated inventory control system and/or programs designated by the Company)

Responsible for ensuring safe, clean, and sanitized Store and additional areas
- Responsible for maintaining supplies and communicating supply needs to Store Management

Responsible for ensuring that the equipment in the Store and additional areas is operational and accounted for

Responsible for ensuring that customers receive individualized care and attention and that FOH staff are effectively guiding and advising customers on the various cannabis products and effects of said products carried in the dispensary

Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient customer flow through dispensary and curbside

Responsible for Opening and Closing of Dispensary

Responsible for monitoring displays and signage for accuracy

Responsible for ensuring that showroom is clean and orderly

Responsible for ensuring that customer phone calls and messages are responded to in a timely, friendly, and helpful manner

Responsible for opening and closing the dispensary (as needed)

Responsible for coordinating with appropriate department personnel to resolve questions and/or issues

Responsible for providing administrative assistance as needed

Responsible for direction and delegation of tasks, as appropriate, to FOH staff and BOH Staff on the absence of their Management Staff

Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are verified before processing transaction

Responsible for ensuring that customer ID and medical card (if applicable) is verified before completing transaction

Responsible for overseeing cash handling processes, including registers, deposits, and change
-
Responsible for POS overrides and exceptions

Responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and sanitized Teller areas

Responsible for returns and exchanges

Responsible for coordinating with appropriate department personnel to resolve questions and/or issues

Responsible for overseeing the receiving and storing of packaged inventory
-
Responsible for maintaining accurate packaged inventory and logs (including any state mandated inventory control system and/or programs designated by the Company)

Responsible for ensuring floor displays, signage, and menus are accurate and updated
-
Responsible for ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner and staged in the appropriate area for the Store Teams
Supervisory Responsibility
- Supervision of all FOH Staff (BOH Staff is included in absence of BOH Management)
Physical Demands
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Travel
- To and from retail, corporate office, and facilities as needed within 75 miles
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years as an individual contributor in a retail environment.

Possess (or be able to obtain) and maintain an active agent card

Ability to complete and maintain ongoing education and professional development as needed

Commitment to adhere to all State and local medical and recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws, and guidance

Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Certified

Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1-3 years equivalent job experience

Cannabis retail industry/distribution/production/cultivation experience within Nevada State

Continue education credits or 1-3 years of leadership experience
