Part Time Front Desk Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, checking in and checking out dogs, updating account records, and other administrative duties.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Customer Service
- Handle incoming calls, direct customers, and answer questions.
- Check-in/check-out guests (dogs) and ensure all requests and important information is being communicated via the management system, communication logs, or verbally.
- Learn and relay our services and operations to customers.
Dog Handling & Procedures
- Properly and safely handle dogs including moving them to and from the play areas and assisting team leaders.
- Prep overnight areas for dogs and assign lodging.
Administrative
- Process dog training contracts and book schedules for dogs.
- General filing and administrative work.
- Cleaning including dusting, mopping, and disinfecting front areas and sometimes assisting team leader with side work.
- Update vaccination records and maintaining client records.
- Coordinate services for dogs through use of multiple systems and platforms.
- Respond to emails, troubleshoot administrative questions.
Sales
- Provide tours of the facility to new members and sell new member packages.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Candidates must have customer service experience.
- Experience working with dogs a plus.
- Reliable and regular attendance.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
