Position Overview
Do you want to help build a portfolio of next-generation mobile-enabled data collection systems and enterprise portals? As a Business Analyst at IBR, you will support the Agile based engineering of a robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web portal solutions hosted in AWS. This position will work closely with the solutions delivery team to supporting the operations team performing Deployment, Systems Integration Testing, and Operations & Maintenance activities. The Business Analysts should have the ability to listen to customer needs and convert them into requirements and user stories that they can then convey to the customer to help shape customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to elicit business requirements and define business processes.
· Analyze and document business processes, operational scenarios, and system requirements.
· Map capabilities, features and best practices against business and technical requirements
· Support requirements decomposition into user stories in an Agile Development lifecycle
· Facilitate the creation of functional and technical diagrams and related artifacts
· Work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs and solutions.
· Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to define and refine business processes and requirements.
· Will be responsible for assessing overall business needs and providing solutions as well as documenting and defining business requirements
· Facilitates the creation of functional and technical diagrams, workflows, and related artifacts
· Contribute to project planning and milestone delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
· 2+ year’s experience as a Business Analyst
· Direct experience in software development lifecycle with implementation experience
· Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and operational scenarios
· Experience with eliciting, refining, and decomposition of requirements to provide a comprehensive set of requirements that meet the business customer needs.
· Experience performing requirements analysis and translating requirements into viable concept design solutions.
· Experience in defining and implementing new business processes.
· Experience with documenting business (BRD) and functional (FRD) requirements systems through entire System Design Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Experience capturing requirements through business process modeling (BPM) following industry standards
· Experience with functional and/or technical aspects of enterprise commercial off the shelf software packages as well as custom developed software and applications
· Experience with business process analysis
· Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in team environments and with other business organizations
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Design Business Processes by analyzing stakeholder requirements; constructing business process models, workflow charts and diagrams; evaluating system capabilities; writing specifications/user stories.

· Extended periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
· Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
· Occasional travel to client sites or meetings may be required.
· Work may need to be performed in a fast-paced environment requiring quick thinking and rapid judgements.
