Master’s degree in student personnel or related field, doctorate preferred. Minimum seven years of professional experience in Student Affairs, with at least two years of experience in one or more of the areas of oversight preferred.

Supervises professional staff and the overall direction of the following departments: Multicultural Affairs, Student Leadership and Involvement, Veteran and Military Student Services, and the Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism and advise Student Government Association (SGA).

Builds and implement a targeted and integrated student engagement model focused on creating spaces of belonging, affinity, and engagement for all students and within the online student community. Develop and maintain annual calendars of events and strategies for communication, including social media strategies.
