If you have a passion for hospitality and are looking for a new challenge, please consider joining our team. **Duties:** - Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise. - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns. - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy. - Manage front desk operations, including handling cash and credit transactions, making room assignments, and performing night audits. - Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. - Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available. - Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry and mail sorting. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably as a Front Desk Agent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. - Proficiency in a second language is an asset. - Experience with hospitality management software and systems is a plus. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift luggage. - Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on guest relations. **Skills:** - Strong guest relations and customer service skills. - Experience with front desk operations and hospitality management. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Ability to work in a multicultural environment and speak multiple languages. - Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems. - Familiarity with hotel operations and services. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. - Knowledge of local attractions and events.
