**Overview:**
We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team and assist in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
**Duties:**
- Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff to maintain high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in training and development of staff members
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or hotel management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of revenue management practices
