We offer a competitive base salary plus 50% of agency's earned commission on policies you sell and bonuses. This is not a commission only position. We are looking for an insurance professional to join our dynamic, growing team. We represent over 100 insurance companies in seven states. To qualify for this position, you must have experience in offering insurance in Florida, and have relationships already established with clients in Florida. The Insurance Agent will be working with a variety of products and audiences to provide an exceptional customer experience, presenting policy options and products to our customers in an engaging and clear manner. The best candidates will be able to rapidly develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and community members alike. Must have experience in cold calling clients or have a book of business they can transfer to our agency. Looking for someone that has experience in calling on all types of businesses and offer all lines of business insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Present an insurance product or products to a customer with the intention of selling them on the product.
- Provide advice to customers on insurance and financial matters.
- Understand and follow laws and regulations related to insurance.
