Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager/Action Coordinator for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division. The successful candidate will assist the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF) fighter, bomber, airborne surveillance, and helicopter platforms.

TRAVEL: 5% CONUS/OCONUS TDYs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
-
Master’s degree. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for lack of degree.

10 years applicable experience.

Active Secret Security Clearance (US citizenship required).

Prior USAF Leadership experience in the roles like assistant director of operations (ADO), senior NCO leadership positions, or jobs at the group or wing level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint, expert attention-to-detail & highly organized.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of AF instructions and operations

Demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
-
Operational EW experience on any CAF platform is highly desirable.
- Professional military education such as Air Command and Staff College or Senior NCO Academy is desired.
- Previous experience in RF integration, EM spectrum management, antenna design, and digital signal processing is desired; also desired is knowledge of EW weapons systems development, test and evaluation, and systems engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide advice and assistance in reviewing the development of Project Management directives, operational requirement documents, and other program documents and efforts in support of EW system improvements and follow-on enhancements to aircraft countermeasures components.
- Provide advice and assistance recommending critical operational issues (COIs) and program objectives; developing proposed designs, methods, and scenarios; recommending M&S requirements; and proposing program schedules.

Create presentations and other communications and should be experienced at writing briefings/materials for the unit leadership level.
