We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the ability to start immediately is a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling the badging process for all employees and visitors.
- Coordinating and processing new hire paperwork.
- Scanning documents and entering information accurately into Excel spreadsheets.
- Creating and formatting documents in Microsoft Word.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilizing various software applications efficiently.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be available to start immediately.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20 - $21/hr.
