- Paid training, including reimbursement for maintaining your RBT certification

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Duties:
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Provide direct patient care in one-on-one and group settings
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients
- Support clients with behavioral therapy interventions
- Manage challenging behaviors effectively
Qualifications:
- Current, active RBT certification with the BACB
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of data collection methods and tools
- Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Experience in medical documentation related to patient care
