QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:*
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or Human Resources Certification preferred; High School Diploma/GED and relevant work experience required.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*
- Creates requisitions for posting and advertising available employment positions in conformance with legal requirements, particularly EEO guidelines, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreement.
- Responds to applicant inquiries regarding qualification requirements and employment opportunities.
- Evaluates and screens applicant qualifications for position requirements, verifies previous application status and past employment or revoked offer at Seneca, and collaborates with hiring supervisor.
- Supports hiring supervisor with the hiring processes; facilitates the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintains employment selection records (applications, interviews and job offers).
- Assists with recruitment, orientation, onboarding, benefit enrollment, talent management and other qualification requirements and processes.
- Assists with ensuring all employees continually meet the position qualification requirements and maintains documentation in the applicable HR system (ADP, Avatar, Relias, Embark, spreadsheets, etc).
- Maintains HR databases and employee records in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Tracks and maintains staff training completion and certifications; follows-up with staff and supervisors to ensure training is completed.
- Implements strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conducts employee satisfaction surveys, analyzes and reports results to management.
- Recommends and implements initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Prepares routine reports as needed or requested.
- Secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies and keeping client, employee and corporate information confidential.
- Represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca’s Code of Conduct and Ethical Practice.
