ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in reconciling bank statements and help prepare company financial data.
Administer daily accounting functions in Quickbooks accounting software
Must be able to do data entry
Input Accounts Payable
Audit Company credit cards and organize receipts.
Process Payments
Ability to learn new software for Purchase Orders and Billing
Accounts Receivable
Part Time to Start Possible full time
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Some College
2 to 3 years of accounting background
Attention to detail
Good Verbal Communication Skills
