Administrative Assistants are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
ROLES/TASKS OF THE POSITION
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an organized calendar.
- Manage contact lists.
- Assist office staff with reports, projects, and miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain an effective filing system.
- Offer general support to visitors.
- Research and create presentations.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Coordinate and implement office systems and procedures.
- Manage inter-office communications as directed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communication.
- Perform data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of office experience
- Desktop Quickbooks experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
