Growing boutique law firm in Anchorage is in need of an exceptional part-time office assistant. Must be an organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail, and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities to include: answering telephones/client reception; copying, scanning, and file organization; sending outgoing mail/processing incoming mail; scheduling client meetings; general support for attorneys and paralegals; ordering office supplies and groceries; general office administration and upkeep; and occasional errands. Experience in professional office setting strongly preferred.
Flexible schedule, afternoons preferred. Expected hours between 15 and 20 per week. Compensation of $17-$25 per hourly, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management
- Organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
