Responsibilities
- Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes for patients.
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize medical administrative skills to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures to provide excellent service.

This position is open for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (for now) with potential to grow for Thursdays, and 1 (one) Saturday a Month. Potential to be moving to Full Time in the near future.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 Year of Dental Billing/Insurance Experience
* 1 Year of Dental Front Desk/Receptionist Experience
* Experience with dental insurance is a MUST
* Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, this is a MUST
* Local Applicants strongly preferred
* Good computer skills
* Well-organized and reliable. Excellent communication, people skills, and attention to detail
PREFERRED- Experience with Open Dental Management Software is an asset, but not required.
