```Duties:```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Prepare food items such as assist in preparation of veggies and help make milkshakes and other beverages.
- Ensure accuracy in order preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety guidelines in the restaurant or food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
