About us
At The Well Woman, we are a group of women clinicians honored to serve women in our group practice. We have seven points of culture that we hold in high regard: Quality, Integrity, Collaboration, Growth, Professional Development, Customer Service, and Respect. Our vision is to be a place of support and growth for clinicians so that they can positively change the lives of the women we serve. We empower women to thrive by removing mental health barriers, fostering growth, and championing their voices.
The Well Woman is seeking to hire a fully licensed mental health therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT, *full licensure required). We serve high-functioning women in our practice by providing clinically effective and customer-friendly services. We transform the lives of women daily via clinical interventions and place great emphasis on staff training and advanced knowledge. We understand the clinician’s desire to just show up and serve their clients, which is why The Well Woman has created a supportive environment and systems for clinicians to do just that.
The position seeks an employee in excellent standing with their licensing board. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are available to full-time employees. We encourage and support training opportunities, as clinical competence is one of our values and embedded in our culture. The candidate must be able to work well with a team as well as independently. The Well Woman is a group private practice located in Atlanta, GA (Tucker) that serves high functioning adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
