Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral health care and post-operative instructions
- Record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Perform office management duties, including inventory and ordering supplies
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program and current registration with the state dental board
- Current certification in CPR and radiology
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered dental assistant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month
30-40 hours/week (overtime possible)
Pay Rate:
$25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)
