Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to support business growth and development with traditional WD accounts within region. Make field support calls in conjunction with Customer’s sales teams and independent BBB Sales Rep Agencies in each territory. Increase business through selling all BBB product categories to new and existing customers. Develop and foster strong customer relationships. Provide product and technical training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales plan / budget.
- Manage time with customers based on size, potential for growth, and necessity.
- Develop improvement plans for underperforming DC’s / Stores.
- Promote BBB product lines at independent jobbers and installers.
- Promote BBB’s Category Management Services where appropriate.
- Manage customer conversions of competitive lines to BBB.
- Review Warranty and Labor Claim data / reports s to identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively, efficiently, and thoroughly.
- Train DC and Store associates, Outside Salespeople on BBB product lines
- Work closely with Director of Sales to ensure account productivity is maximized.
- Maintain travel and territory expenses within company policy. 50% travel required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business or related field required
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region as required.
