Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates for auto repairs and services
- Write detailed service orders and communicate repairs to technicians
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in a service management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in auto estimating and service writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of various vehicle systems
- Experience with oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance tasks
