Position Title: Lifestyle Director
Location: Las Vegas, NV at Heritage at Stonebridge
Reporting To: Community Association Manager
Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually DOE

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
The Lifestyle Director is responsible for managing, organizing, directing, promoting, communicating and leading the Lifestyle activities, events, groups, clubs and classes for Heritage at Stonebridge Homeowners Association (HAS) while also providing exceptional customer service and quality administrative support. Additionally, the Lifestyle Director assists the Community Association Manager in the day-to-day operations of HAS. This includes the application of HAS policies and governing documents regarding use of the facilities and communications to residents. The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for all communications to and from group leads, to the Community Association Manager and Board as needed, and to the community at large.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule, plan, and organize activities and events; this includes facilitating entertainers, social events, speakers, HAS groups, clubs, classes, special interest activities, etc.
- Create, and distribute various communications in print, email and website, such as flyers, tickets, and the Association newsletter
- Coordinate and administer the community website.
- Enlist and oversee the community ambassador volunteers.
- Coordinate with independent instructors as needed
- Document and maintain records of events for future use
- Maintain various Association files and obtain necessary credentials/certifications and insurance
- Facilitate the Club approval process with the Board of Directors
- Support the Club in scheduling events and coordination as needed, including setup, breakdown, publicizing, RSVP’s and attending events as requested
- Respond to phone, email, and correspondence inquiries from all group leaders, homeowners and Board members
- Assist with mailings to members of the communities
- Assist CAMs with special projects for association needs, including research and custom administrative work.
- In coordination with CAMs, setup and maintain association information (Call-To-Action text, CC&R text, etc.) via the Company’s proprietary software program
- Program gates, remotes, and other access devices
- Coordinate and file association facility reservations
- Assist CAMs with meeting follow-up action items, including compliance letters (including one-offs)
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in event and communications support – generally between 1-4 years, depending on the position level
- Superior multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point, Constant Contact, PDF Editor Software, intermediate to advanced skills a plus
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary for periods of time
- Relocate up to (25) pounds
- Possibly travel to and from offsite locations

- Wednesday – Sunday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Required to work weekends and holidays
