Human Resources Specialist
Overview:
Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist where you will play a key role in supporting our HR department. As a specialist, you are directly responsible for the development and implementation of the agency's recruitment, screening, and hiring process. Duties:
-Responsible for agency-wide recruiting and staffing logistics including developing, tracking and meeting outcomes on Human Resource recruitment, screening, retention, succession and training plans.
-Establishes effective recruitment efforts within the community, schools, colleges, etc.
-Conduct new employee orientations.
-Promotes effective and positive agency employee communication and external communications.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting information skillfully and efficiently.
- Supports the day to day efficient and effective operation of the HR Dept.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office. This includes Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. This position will house the responsibility of inputting, updating, sourcing and archiving data in our SharePoint system. This includes creating folders, teams, notes, files, links, documents, etc. and will be responsible for keeping SharePoint organized and easy to navigate for all departments.
-Must be willing to travel to all locations: Cambridge, Mora, Pine City/Beroun, Sandstone and Marshall
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office exp.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and recruiting techniques.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
