Our Organization is seeking a qualified office coordinator/admin to help keep our office and teams to run efficiently. The office coordinator/Admin will provide general administrative support to our team and to our customers. Must look professional as this position would be meeting with customers, vendors and sometimes VP's.
Some of the day-to-day job duties are but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for orders
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
- Data Entry of invoices and other important documentation
- Electronic Filing
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative background
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to strategize and be highly organized to ensure increased efficiency
- Excellent writing skills
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday onsite job opportunity, no remote work
**This opportunity is open to Colorado Residents only, we do not provide relocation.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
