Mansions at Gwinnett Park Senior Independent Living Housekeeping personnel are an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities.
Housekeepers are responsible for taking care of the building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to residents. They have extensive daily interaction with customers and the public on the company's behalf. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain safety procedures at all times. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Screening and pre-employment Drug Test
Must provide valid employment documents
Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance
Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, or kneel throughout shift. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
Customer service: includes professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with residents, visitors, contractors, coworkers and supervisors
Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction with attention to details
Self-motivated, able to work with/without supervision
Communicate politely & professionally with customers, co-workers & supervisors
Maintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, safety and emergency procedures, etc.

Clean vacant apartments for next move-in

Clean carpets as assigned

Weekly housekeeping for occupied apartments; sweep/mop, vacuum, dust, change sheets, make beds, clean kitchen & bathrooms

Must be able to work in apartments with pets

Clean offices, break rooms, common areas, hallways, lobbies, lounges, entrances/exits, public bathrooms, elevators/stairwells/breezeways, etc.

Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues

Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out

Report cases of property damage in common areas or apartments to supervisor

Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift

Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
Hourly, non-exempt from overtime
Eligible for Vacation/Sick Leave after 90days
