JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager within the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECM) is a critical role responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards, validation approaches, and processes for change initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution of changes/projects by validating adherence to established standards, facilitating reviews, and providing change management oversight. The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager collaborates closely with ECM and EPMO leadership, change advisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment with strategic goals and control objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Quality Standards and Validation - Develop and implement quality assurance processes for all program oversight office activities and ensure alignment with ECM/ EPMO policies, standards and control objectives. Collaborate with change advisors, project managers and teams to ensure that projects are executed according to established quality criteria and best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine quality standards based on industry trends and organizational needs.
Change Oversight Review and Challenge - Provide change management review and challenge for the ECM portfolio of business and technology changes, offering an independent perspective on plans, risks, and mitigation strategies. Identify potential gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and work with change teams to address them effectively. Conduct regular audits of change and program oversight office activities to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement - Develop and manage a process for capturing, documenting, and disseminating lessons learned from completed projects. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements to avoid repeating past mistakes and improve project outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ECM and EPMO practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus .
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or program oversight .
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and quality assurance processes .
Experience working with a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects while ensuring successful execution.
