Cornerstone Credit Services, an Alaska-based, employee owned company, has an opening for a full time Data Entry / Receptionist.
Our ideal candidate has great communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, is dynamic and energetic, possesses solid office skills, is detail oriented, accurate with data entry, and organized.
This position is responsible for: meeting and assisting customers and clients as the first point of contact for the company; functioning as the company switchboard operator and directing all inbound phone calls to the correct departments; inputting data entry of accounts; handling cash, check and credit card payments; fax monitoring and mail metering.
Strong candidates must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; have a professional appearance; must demonstrate organizational and time management skills; strong record of attendance in previous employment; and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Position requirements include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be dependable with a good work history and record of attendance
Type 45 words per minute accurately
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
