Transitional Youth Services Program Manager

Provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mental health and co-occurring services for children, youth and their families, utilizing experiential based treatment. Provide consultation, supervision, leadership, training, management and support to clinicians who are part of Ryther’s Young Adult Services and outpatient team. Depending on your licensure status and experience, your salary would be $72,700-$85,130 (with an increase for language skills, and having an SUDP/T). This position is Monday - Friday; hybrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing comprehensive and culturally responsive therapeutic services.
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy, which address the needs of the client within the context of the individual's home and community.
- Providing required case management services and inter-agency collaboration.
- Maintaining paperwork in accordance with state and federal laws and credentialing.
- Maintain a supervision caseload as assigned. Meet with assigned staff on a regular schedule as determined by Program Director.
- Provide clinical supervision regarding client cases with focus on use of, and fidelity to, adopted evidence based and promising practices. Maintain documentation of supervision meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). Full licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is appropriate.
- Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.
