We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Personal Lines Team. As a part of our Personal Lines Team, you will be working alongside our agents and current staff. Our Personal Lines duties include data entry, online quoting, processing, and servicing. To be successful on our Personal Lines Team, you should have excellent communication skills, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and efficient manner while streamlining office operations. We are looking for a communicative team player, with the ability to work independently. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require a variety of administrative duties as assigned, so flexibility is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Enter client information into management system efficiently
- Perform personal lines processing and quoting
- Assistance to agents on marketing, etc.
- Communicate with clients in person and via phone, email, fax and mail in a professional manner
- Process changes, binders, replacement cost estimators, etc.
- Work with agents and current staff on re-marketing current clients
- Organize and track quoting process

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Experience
- Must have at least 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Licensed in property & casualty preferred
