Eventide is currently seeking a Senior Living Sales Advisor. The Senior Living Sales Advisor is responsible for leading sales, which includes developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales plan in order to achieve sales and occupancy goals for the Senior Living Apartments.
Education and Experience
Essential Functions:
- Manage visits and tours for interested inquiries, diligently pursue the close of each sale, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents
- Develop and manage authentic, meaningful relationships with prospects and families and maintain relationships with future residents through timely follow-up
- Develop and implement Senior Living sales and customer service training for employees
- Responsible for managing and executing Resident Referral Program and other incentives
- Able to effectively drive prospect traffic, achieving goals with a high close rate and high customer satisfaction ratings
- Technical abilities include Google documents, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Maintains database and can report consistently on efforts
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications to share key messaging with the target audience
- Work closely with each campus’ Senior Living leadership and teams to build relationships and drive increased resident satisfaction
- Self-motivated; seeks feedback to improve
- Ability to make and take a volume of phone calls as well as email and other modes of communication
- Coordinates and participates in community events to support goals
