How you will make an impact as a Construction Project Manager:
As a highly collaborative Construction Project Manager, this role diligently leads internal and external teams through all phases of construction and opening of new ADVENT clinics through detailed coordination of key project tasks, relentless adherence to critical timelines, and seamless handoff from construction phase to clinic opening.

Work directly with the Director of Site Development and Acquisition & Deployment Manager to prepare/present at all critical project meetings

Coordination with internal staff, key stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all

Facilitate initiation of critical project meetings, construction coordination with IT, Facilities, and Security

Prepare/update project status reports, bid packages, process invoices, track and update construction budget, and maintain project files

Participate in the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, and design development

Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path

Travel to ADVENT build sites to act as point of contact during design and construction, and A&D clinic set-up as needed

Assist with construction-related documents needed for Operational Site Binders

Responsible for project close-out and obtaining all necessary documents

Identify, propose, and implement continual improvements to drive process efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the scope of your work that enhances our ability to achieve the ADVENT vision

Plan and adapt to business growth and strategy, cross-training where necessary to accommodate different situations and locations

Follow all legal and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy

Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety, and medical construction standards
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum of 4+ years of experience in a construction project management position

Experience with healthcare facilities preferred

Open to 50% travel. Valid Drivers License required

OSHA certification in Construction Safety is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience in project management software a plus

Excellent time management skills, including ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction, anticipating needs and planning accordingly, taking initiative to organize and prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deadlines

Read, write and speak fluently in English, with an ability to explain or convey technical information to a broad range of audiences
